O'Dowd to welcome hanging scolls of Shinran and Rennyo (founders of Jodo Shinshu Buddhism) to our shrine. We will observe the death of the historical Buddha Shakyamuni more than 2600 years ago.

They are a gift of Jane Kanemoto in memory of George Kanemoto, Jim Kanemoto, and Chiyo Kanemoto. 11:15-11:45 A.M. Tea, snacks and fellowship in the community room. 11:45-1:00 P.M.
